Warranty Policy |
The manufacturer's warranty applies only to products sold in the continental United States to the original owner and is non-transferable. The manufacturer's warranty only covers defects in material and workmanship and does not cover the cost of installation or removal.
Products found to be defective during the manufacturer's warranty period will be repaired or replaced at InstallEdge.com's option.
The manufacturer's warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper operations, water or theft.
- Service performed by anyone other than InstallEdge or an Authorized InstallEdge Service Center.
- Any product purchased outside of the United States (please contact your local Distributor).
- Shipping charges to return the unit.
- Any product which has had the serial number defaced, altered, or removed.
Limit on Implied Warranties:
Any implied warranties including warranties of fitness for use and merchantability are limited in duration to the period of the express manufacturer's warranty set forth above. Some states do not allow limitations on the length of an implied warranty, so this limitation may not apply. No person is authorized to assume for InstallEdge.com any other liability in connection with sale of the product.
If non-warranty repairs are needed, we will advise you of the cost and ask for your permission to repair the unit.
Call 1-866-978-7777 for InstallEdge customer support. You must obtain an RA # to return any products to InstallEdge. You are responsible for shipment of product to InstallEdge. We will pay the return shipping charges.
